As a volunteer at Fellowship Bible Church, we require a completed volunteer application and a background check since you serve in a capacity where adults and children depend on you. As you know we run background checks on staff and volunteers who serve in a ministry area where a child, student, or adult may need their assistance. We of course want to make sure that our most dependable leaders do not have a history where it would not be in their or anyone’s best interest to interact with children or adults.

Once you submit your volunteer application, click this link to be redirected to complete your background check through MBI Worldwide Background Checks secured site. Once you complete all of the required information, you may print your submission/confirmation page. MBI will send your results directly back to Barbara Duffin, our HR/Risk Director, as she will be the only one who sees your returned results which are handled with utmost confidentiality.
