If your student's group is full, email Ami Rasmussen to place them on the Wait List. We are working to fit everyone in. Please DO NOT add your student to a different group.
The following DNOW Groups are full:
- 6th Grade Girls
- 7th Grade BOTH boys and girls groups
- 9th Grade Girls - Led by Shelly and Katherine
- 11th Grade Girls - Led by Ashley and Molly
The best weekend of the year is back, and you can register now! DNOW is an in-town, overnight retreat for middle and high school students. Yep, overnight! For the first time since 2020, students will be staying overnight in homes with their small groups!
Parents, there are many great ways to volunteer to make DNOW truly special. We'll need the usual help with check-in, meals, and set-up. We are still looking for Host Homes and drivers for Small Groups.
For more details check out the FAQs and the link to the Packing List below.
Are there required forms to complete for my student?
Yes, if your student did not attend Getaway (in Sept 2023), please complete a Medical Release Form and return it to Ami Rasmussen.
If your student attended the Getaway retreat, you do not need to complete another Medical Release Form.
Some Small Groups may need to complete forms for their Saturday activities. The Small Group Leaders will contact you with that information separately.
What are the requirements to Host a Group in my home?
Read Host Home Requirements. If you would like to Host a DNOW group in your home please register above as an Adult Volunteer.
Where and when is Friday Night Check-in for the retreat?
Check-in will be at the Student Ministry Building at 7:00 pm. Dinner will not be served on Friday evening. Please make sure your student has eaten before arriving at check-in.
Who will my student room with while on the retreat?
Students will room with their small group. Middle and High School groups will be housed in separate Host Homes.
Will Middle and High School students be together for the entire weekend?
No. Students will eat meals together (on Saturday) and worship together but lodging, small group times, and service projects will be separate.
