We are hosting a Team Night for our existing worship and tech teams and those looking to join on Sept. 11th at 7pm. If you’re interested in sound, lighting or cameras, or have a gifting with your voice or an instrument, come enjoy some good food and fellowship — and see what it is like to be a part of our team!

Worship Tech position descriptions:


Camera Operator: Follows directions from the director to capture video images including the
sermon shot. Can be trained quickly and is a great entry point to the team.


CG Operator: Advances the slides of lyrics and sermon notes and videos through the service,
follows cues from the director to move the slides at the right time. Can be trained quickly and
is a great entry point to the team.


Assistant Director: Follows cues from the director to take camera shots for the broadcast and
in-person production. Takes longer to train, but plenty of time is given to get comfortable.
Director: Gives cues to camera operators, CG operators, assistant director, audio and lights so
that the service has a coherent and seamless execution. Takes longer to train, but plenty of
time is given to get comfortable.


Lighting Operator: Follows pre-programmed cues to advance the lighting settings throughout
the service. Can be trained quickly and is a great entry point to the team.


Front of House Audio: Creates a mix of the band and vocals that sounds pleasing to the
people in the room. Takes longer to train, but plenty of time is given to get comfortable.


Broadcast Audio: Creates a mix of the band and vocals that sounds good on the online
broadcast stream. Takes longer to train, but plenty of time is given to get comfortable.


Service Coordinator: Acts a point of communication for the in the worship center team and
the team in the broadcast video room, helps coordinate details for transitions during the
service including helping to bring out the preaching table among other things. No experience is
necessary, training may take a couple weeks of observing the flow of how we coordinate the
service.

Photographer: Are you a semi-pro photographer? Maybe you just enjoy taking and posting photos for your Instagram account? Either way you could be a photographer at Fellowship! Help take photos using a DSLR camera during services and special events. Equipment not required and a quick training provided.
